Elizabeth Hope Smith
Dear family and friends,
We have been blessed with a new daughter, Elizabeth Hope was born yesterday (20/01/10) 8.05am
weighing 7lb 11oz, 53cm long.
We praise God for her safe arrival, after 8 hours of labour. Shell was allowed to come home yesterday evening, after spending the day in a room with 3 other women at Blacktown hospital. She is recovering well, and was able to have a good nights sleep with Elizabeth only waking once.
Elizabeth has been going well, sleeping most of the time except when it comes to food! She has no lack of appetite. She has been trying out her face muscles with some very interesting expressions coming out!
Grace is enjoying holding her new sister and Mikayla is having fun saying her name 'Lizard' being the best she can do just now... James is just cruising around although every now and then will come to poke his sister (I'm sure in the most loving way).

If you were asked to follow-up someone from your church or from the city who had recently made a commitment to Christ, what would you do? Personal Follow-up Course - Craig Josling, City Bible Forum Aim(s)
1. Learn to use the 'Just for Starters' Bible studies (foundational areas of Christian living).
2. Topics: The goal of ministry, Finding someone to follow-up, Sharing your life in follow-up, Finding a good church.
- Duration: only 5 sessions (see options below).
- Cost: $25 (includes course materials). 45 minutes preparation for each session.
Group options
1. Friday mornings 7.30-8.30am. Near Town Hall Station. Starting 31 July.
2. Tuesday lunchtimes. CBD North. Venue to be determined according to demand. Starting 28 July.
3. one day crash course - Sunday 6 September 1.00-5.30pm. CBF Office.
